Need to Cancel?

In order to maintain a streamlined schedule and provide the best possible service to all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you do need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can adjust my schedule accordingly. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will do my best to be flexible and accommodating.

Repeated cancellations or failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without any prior notification may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my cancellation policy.

Tardiness

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Slayed By Risky and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Refund?

Thank you for choosing my hairstyling services. As a small business owner, I value each and every one of my clients and want to ensure that you have a pleasant experience. In order to provide clarity on my refund policy, please read the following carefully:

For all services requiring a 50% deposit, failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without any prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in this instance.

In the event that you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you are unhappy with the services you received, please let me know as soon as possible. I will make every effort to correct the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with the results.
